Hey Amanda,
I already sent you an email to reply. Yes, the first class is about a point and shoot camera. However, it also covers the basics of digital photography including CCD, CMOS, resolutions, image file formats, computers and etc. As you know, basic photographic principles for point-and-shoots cameras and SLR cameras are identical. It would be a good idea to take both classes. The cost for the photography class would be same.

I am interested in learning more about your 2nd class about lights. I am already a professional photographer and want to brush up on flash photography. Is it possible to go to only the 2nd class, and is the class the 22nd and the 29th?

I'm also wondering if these topics will be covered:
    * TTL / Auto flash .. vs .. manual flash
    * Implications of flash sync speed
    * Adding fill-flash to available light outdoors
    * Flash indoors
    * Directional bounce flash
    * Strobes and wireless
    * Flash modifiers

I don't need to know if all of those will be included but I would like to know if the majority of those will be touched on.

Is there a class limit and will there be individual interactions?

THANKS!

Hello:
I'm interested in your photography courses offered in March. I have a Nikon D50. I know the first course if aimed more toward P&S cameras. Would it be beneficial for me to attend that one in addition to the second class?

Thank you,
Amanda
